سياسة الإيجار
تهدف سياسة الإيجار إلى توضيح القواعد المنظمة لعملية تأجير السيارات لدى مكتب أحمد سمير لتأجير السيارات. الالتزام بهذه البنود شرط أساسي لإتمام أي عملية حجز.
1. المستندات المطلوبة
- بطاقة رقم قومي سارية
- رخصة قيادة سارية
- وسيلة اتصال فعّالة
2. شروط استلام السيارة
- معاينة السيارة بالكامل قبل الاستلام
- تسليم السيارة في نفس الحالة الفنية
- استخدام السيارة للاستخدام الشخصي فقط
3. الالتزامات المالية
- دفع قيمة الإيجار المتفق عليها قبل أو عند الاستلام
- تحمل تكلفة البنزين والمخالفات المرورية
- تحمل تكلفة أي تلفيات يثبت حدوثها خلال فترة الإيجار
4. الاستخدام غير المسموح
- استخدام السيارة في النقل الثقيل أو المجهود الزائد
- قيادة السيارة خارج حدود الجمهورية دون إذن
- تأجير السيارة لطرف ثالث
5. سياسة الإلغاء
يمكن إلغاء الحجز قبل موعد الاستلام بـ 24 ساعة دون أي رسوم.

2. Vehicle Pickup Conditions
- Full inspection before receiving the vehicle
- Returning the vehicle in the same condition
- Vehicle must be used for personal purposes only
3. Financial Obligations
- Payment of rental fees before or upon pickup
- Client bears fuel costs and traffic violations
- Client bears costs of any proven damages during rental
4. Prohibited Usage
- Using the vehicle for heavy transport or overloading
- Driving outside Egypt without permission
- Re-renting the vehicle to a third party
5. Cancellation Policy
