سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع

تهدف هذه السياسة إلى توضيح الشروط المتعلقة بإلغاء الحجز واسترجاع المبالغ المدفوعة لدى مكتب أحمد سمير لتأجير السيارات. الالتزام بهذه البنود واجب لضمان الشفافية وتنظيم العملية.

1. إلغاء الحجز

  • يمكن إلغاء الحجز قبل موعد الاستلام بـ 24 ساعة دون أي رسوم.
  • في حال الإلغاء خلال أقل من 24 ساعة قد يتم خصم جزء من القيمة المتفق عليها.
  • عدم الحضور في الموعد المحدد يُعتبر إلغاءً بدون استرجاع.

2. استرجاع المبالغ

  • يتم رد المبلغ إلى العميل بنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال مدة أقصاها 5 أيام عمل.
  • لا يتم استرجاع أي مبالغ بعد بدء فترة الإيجار.
  • في حال وجود خطأ من جانب المكتب، يتم رد القيمة كاملة.

3. تعديل الحجز

  • يمكن تعديل موعد الاستلام قبل 12 ساعة بدون رسوم.
  • التعديلات الأقل من 12 ساعة تعتمد على توفر السيارة.

1. Booking Cancellation

  • Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup with no charges.
  • Cancellations within less than 24 hours may incur partial fees.
  • No-show cases are considered cancellations with no refund.

2. Refund Procedure

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method within 5 business days.
  • No refunds are issued after the rental period has started.
  • If the cancellation is due to an error from the company, the full amount will be refunded.

3. Booking Modification

  • Pickup time can be modified up to 12 hours before the appointment free of charge.
  • Changes within less than 12 hours depend on vehicle availability.
